Returns rolling-12-month order-total and transaction-count totals per state, compared against each state’s Wayfair economic-nexus threshold. Surfaces states approaching the threshold (status: nearing) and states that have crossed it but aren’t yet in the nexus registration list (status: at_risk). The totals come from /v1/portability/orders calls plus any historical rows imported via /v1/portability/transactions/backfill.
