/v1/portability/nexus/health
Returns rolling-12-month order-total and transaction-count totals per state, compared against each state’s economic-nexus threshold. Each state carries a status — under_threshold, approaching, exceeded, or no_threshold. The totals come from /v1/portability/orders calls plus any historical rows imported via /v1/portability/transactions/backfill.
